Returns

We accept returns within thirty (30) days of purchase (which is the date listed on your receipt) for most items in new condition.

You can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimsuits and bodysuits, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."

U.S. Hassle-Free Returns

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

1. Start your return. Go to: reigngrey.com

2. Click on Returns and fill out Returns Form indicating the reason for your return.

3. Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99 and will be deducted from your refund.

4. Print out shipping label and attach to your package.

5. Drop off at UPS.

Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $50

You will receive your order anywhere from 5-9 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.
